We strive to make sure every customer is happy with their order.
We are proud to report that over 99% of Quiet Quest orders have no issues. We work with only the highest-rated suppliers, and in all our orders till date, there have only been a handful of shirts that needed to be exchanged due to defects.
However, in the case of a defect or damaged product, we will refund or replace your order free of charge.
Please just take these steps:
Step 1: Email us with a description of the issue. (Use the Contact page, or just reply to your order confirmation email.)
Step 2: Attach photos if possible, so we can work with our supplier to find what caused the issue, and prevent it from happening again.
Step 3: Let us know if you’d like a refund or a replacement of the same product.
When it comes to other issues, such as lost packages, address mix-ups, or sizing issues: We will do everything we can to make it right and make sure you're satisfied.
